    Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, We can't accept returns for:
    • Custom or personalized orders
    • Exceeding 30 days from the date of receipt
    • Rings with engravings
    • Ring size less than 3 US or greater than 10 US
    • Worn, damaged, altered and/or not in purchase condition
    • On-sale items or gift cards.

    Conditions of return

    Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. It is highly recommended to purchase insurance when returning.If the item is not returned in its original condition or get lost, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

    Refundable Fee

    Our jewelries are handmade, the most expensive part is the handmade art of artisans. Based on the experience, few customers choose the same style and same ring size. Even though we use recycled materials to PROTECT THE ENVIRONMENT, craftsmen have to disassemble the ring and recycle the metal once returning item is received. The jewelry cannot be resold. That's why there will be handcrafted fee (20%-30% of item price) and shipping fee deducted, others will be refunded in 5 business days after the returned item is received..

    and then our expert team will provide the best solution based on the degree of damage to the product
    Note: The warranty fee can only be used for repair costs. If it cannot be repaired, we will suggest replacing a new one. You need to pay an additional fee according to the specific situation. Please don't worry, the replacement price will be lower than the selling price. Repair fee can be used to offset part of the replacement product cost

    To ensure the longevity of your jewelry, please handle it with care and follow the provided care instructions. Even well-constructed rings can be damaged if knocked against hard surfaces. We recommend visiting a professional jeweler once a year for cleaning and prong tightening to maintain the ring's appearance and integrity.

    How to return?

    You can return the order to us using USPS (postal service), UPS, FedEx, or any other carrier that works for you. Please contact us to get the returning address before returning. We do recommend that you get a tracking number for the return shipment back to us (for safety reasons). Once the package is delivered back to us, we will update you, and we will process a full refund back or exchange.
