Normal Order : 10-20 business days to process and 5-7 business days for arrival.
Custom Order : 20-30 business days to process and 5-7 business days for arrival.
Rush Order : 5-10 business days to process and 2-4 business days for arrival.

Rush order is applicable to solid GOLD jewelry, the process time is 5-10 business days. The total delivery time is 2-3 weeks. You can purchase it by this link. Please contact us first if your deadline is less than 18 days. All rush orders are subject to a rush order fee + fastest shipping method. Rush Orders are NON REFUNDABLE.
Free shipping is only available for orders shipping to the USA ; orders shipping to other countries are subject to the customs and taxes of those countries, which will be paid directly by the customer. At this time, we do not offer free shipping that is exempt from customs or taxes for orders shipping to countries other than the USA.

Note: The warranty fee can only be used for repair costs. If it cannot be repaired, we will suggest replacing a new one. You need to pay an additional fee according to the specific situation. Sorry, considering the risk of packet loss, we cannot accept stones sent to us by customers.
Our main studio is located in New Jersey, USA.
We accept payment plans. It can be a weekly or monthly payment plan. The minimum per payment will be $150. Once the final payment is made, your jewelry will be shipped out, which allows you to purchase with less money now and complete the remaining payment of the product later without interest.
In order to eliminate the extra costs associated with physical storefronts (rent, insurance, staff), we currently only sell through our website.

Yes. Our 10k,14k, and 18k white/ rose/ yellow gold products have been tested and certified as real solid gold by third-party authorities in the US (GCAL). We are responsible for the results of the test.
10k gold contains 41.7% pure gold and other alloys (such as silver,copper,nickel). 14k gold contains 58.3% pure gold and other alloys(such as silver,copper,nickel).18k gold contains 75% pure gold and other alloys(such as silver,copper,nickel).
Please ask us to personalize a silver or platinum jewelry for you. Or at least choose 18k yellow/rose gold.

Rush Order Service is a service for a fee($100) to prioritize and expedite your order. Our jewelry is made to order. Typically, it takes 2-4 weeks to make a normal order while 1-2 weeks to craft a rush order.

Yes. We can do any custom making. Please give us a photo for reference and metal type you need, We will quote to you later.
It depends on the jewelry made process. We can switch the color before the metal bars are formed into settings for free. Once the ring setting is formed, we have to remake it at cost or otherwise.
Yes. Please request a cancellation within 24 hours of purchase.
If the ring has not been made yet, there are two options:
A. We will cancel the order so that you can replace the correct order.
B. We will balance the price difference and send the correct order to you.

Slightly ring size issue:
The best way is to get it resized with a local jeweler, which can save you time and get the exact ring size.
Ring size is too big:
1, You can always have a local jeweler re-size the ring themselves in-house.(Your local jeweler may refuse BUT Some professional jewelry stores such as Jared or Kay can do it)
2, Get some sizing beads put in at a local jeweler. This way in the future if your ring size increases you can have the beads removed without altering the ring.
3, Getting something like a ‘ring snuggy’ or temporary plastic size adjuster.
4, Returning it and we will resize it for you or exchange it for a new one.(Contact us for fees first).
We can resize it for an extra fee (full eternity ring can not be resized). It is highly recommended that you double-confirm the ring size and metal type you purchased. If you're not sure for that, you can read the ring size guide on our page. The best way is to get it measured in a local jewelry store or Walmart.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification with tracking information. Please also check your junk email. This email will have all the shipping information and ways to track your order.
Please note you will not get tracking information until your order is processed and shipped. There may be additional shipping delays due to high order volumes.
Yes. As long as the item has not yet been shipped, we can manually change the shipping address for you in our internal system.
In rare cases, your package can show as ‘delivered’ before you receive it.
This may be due to the delivery being marked as complete preemptively. Alternatively, your shipping carrier might have hidden it to prevent damage or theft. Check between your front doors and talk to your household members and neighbors.
If you still can’t locate your order, contact your shipping carrier and state your tracking number. Please get in touch via contact@willworkjewelry.com and we will do our best to assist you in locating your missing package.
If this does happen please contact us and send us the wrong item photo immediately so we can resolve the issue. Please remember to provide your order number.
