Part Ⅰ. Learn about our process

Step 1/ Design

Using CAD jewelry design software for version design.

Step 2/ Wax

After cad design is confirmed, Transform CAD from data to a 3D wax form

Step 3/ Casting

Imbed the wax in a metal flask which is filled with plaster. Lefting it to harden.Melting the material(normally I use silver).After reaching the certain temperature,put the liquid gold into the metal flask,cool it down,then get the gold tree out,cut the ring model I need.

Step 4/ Fabrication

Including remove uneven or rustic surfaces from silver.Polish the inner side,size the ring.

Step 5/ Gemstone Setting

Set the stones to the ring setting.,normally I use prong,pave,channel,bezel setting method.

Step 6/ Polishing

After setting the stone,the ring is almost finished.However,it is still need to polish the ring by a High-speed rotation wheel which is made from felt,this will spin a brilliant finish into the precious metal to bring out the desired luster.
